CONSULTATION POLICY
- Consultations are mandatory for all color services.
- Consultations are not done over the phone or virtually.
- Any hair color service or single process is automatically considered a
full color correction service.
- Touch-ups are no longer offered.
RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
- Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit.
- Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment.
- You can only rescuehdel 2 times a 3 is a new appt and lose your deposite , the deposit is forfeited.
- The booking system will not allow a third reschedule.
- If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled, and the deposit may be lost.
CHECKOUT POLICY
- All sales are final. No refunds.

- Chemical & allergy consent forms
